SUMMARY:
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the management and optimization of the organization’s treasury operations. This role involves assisting with cash management forecasting, banking platform(s) management, and supporting accounting and reporting on cash related activities. The Treasury Analyst will work with various internal and external departments to contribute to efficient liquidity management, compliance with financial regulations, and the daily tactical allocation of the company’s financial resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or equivalent
- 2-5 years in treasury, finance, or related roles
- Knowledge of cash management, financial risk management, and investment strategies
- Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial analysis tools
- Knowledge of Bonding / Surety, Standby Letters of Credit, Escrow Programs, preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
- Proficiency in MS Office application; familiarity with accounting and ERP platforms (NetSuite) preferred
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Interest in learning about Corporate Insurance programs and risk management
- Remote opportunity in the greater Portland, OR or Denver, CO area with limited travel
