Description:
We are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our team in Lexington, Massachusetts. This role is an integral part of our team, providing essential support for our banking administration and investment activities. As a Treasury Analyst, you will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with treasury controls and for maintaining an efficient banking structure across our operations. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Administrating day-to-day banking operations, including maintaining banking platforms and initiating user access roles across multiple entities and business sites.
- Handling investment activities including collecting, organizing, and preparing weekly check deposits for processing.
- Managing the company’s bank accounts, updating signatories, and opening/closing accounts as necessary.
- Maintaining a bank account tracker in accordance with company policies.
- Updating treasury management system with monthly rates and changes as needed.
- Running and saving daily bank reports and monthly statements to maintain easily accessible records.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal laws related to unclaimed property, including reporting, remitting deadlines, and identifying and claiming abandoned property.
- Providing support to internal and external auditors for treasury function.
- Using banking software, Bloomberg Terminal, Automated Clearing House (ACH), and Kyriba for various banking operations and capital management tasks.
- Proficiency in Banking software is crucial
- Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal is required
- Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is necessary
- Must possess a solid understanding of Banking Operation
- Knowledge of Capital Management is needed
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing Cash Activity
- Proficiency in using Kyriba software is beneficial
- Prior experience in a Corporate Treasury role is preferred
