Treasury Analyst
The treasury analyst actively supports the group’s treasury operations, including time-sensitive and actionable analysis to support project financings/investments. You will be responsible with creating reports or presentations for stakeholders.
What we look for?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative field.
At least two years of professional experience in a related field or role.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, as well as visualization tools to create effective charts, tables, and graphs.
Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and/or relational databases.
Ability to recognize key risks and question existing tasks/methodologies with a view to improving overall processes, generating efficiencies, and strengthening the existing control environment.
Very comfortable with statistical, financial, or computational modeling.
Effectively communicates insights to their supervisor or other project stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What will you do?
Supports financial of real properties, both under construction as well as those operating in an asset portfolio.
Assist in the administration and management of the Company’s credit facilities by modeling any associated assets, costs, and cash inflows.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce accurate and detailed project advance (quantity surveyor) reports.
Supporting year-end and interim audits.
Monitors project and company cash flows.
Providing insight to the treasury manager on daily cash/banking activities to identify continuous improvements to our processes.
Supporting in a wide range of Treasury related administrative and operative tasks contributing to smooth daily operations.
Prepares various financial reports.
Assisting in or leading the creation of large financial models and dashboards.
Verifying the integrity of data sets from a variety of sources.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
