1 - 2 years experience in Treasury Management:
Global Treasury Management
a. Debt servicing
b. Loan adminstration - loan documentation, loan drawdown/repayment adminstration
c. FX conversation
d. IR setting for loans and monitoring
Global Cash Management
a. Cashflow forecasting
b. Bank account balances monitoring
c. Cashflow planning
d. IC settlement
Global Bank Relationship Management
a. Bank account maintenance
b. Bank signatory maintenance
c. Bank account opening/closing
d. Online banking platform adminstrator
e. Facilitate all adhoc banking arrangements
Global AR Managment
a. AR collection for SG, liaison with billing team, ops team and sales team on customer dispute resolution
b. Global AR reporting
Trade Finance
a. SBLC/LC/BG issurance
b. AR financing operations - submission of new invoicing, new drawdown, repayment
c. Hire-purchase operation - arrangement, withdrawl, repayment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/ Higher/Graduate Diploma
- No treasury experience required
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
