JOB DESCRIPTION

The Integration Specialist onboards new and existing customer implementations of Treasury Management payables, receivables, and other financial products to provide a smooth, seamless onboarding experience with Treasure Management products. Serves as the main point of contact between the customer representative and U.S. Bank during the implementation process via phone or email, conducts onboarding activities, performs analyses, monitors, and tracks implementation requests from point of sale to customer use. Builds up positive customer relationship by ensuring an optimal level of service delivery and product functionality exceeding customers’ expectation. Escalates potential obstacles appropriately and communicates implementation status effectively while ensuring an efficient and timely onboarding.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of related experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes with an understanding of how customers use them
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work with both internal partners and external customers
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
