Description:
Treasury Manager with focus on Financial Risk Management:
Responsibilities:
- Review & develop the Groups hedging strategy & group-wide hedging processes in close collaboration with the VP Treasury
- Develop & monitor effective measures for financial risk identification
- Develop regular FX exposure and provide guidance on hedging activities
- Evaluate the Groups hedging effectiveness
- Trading of FX derivatives (mainly via 360T)
- Review & develop the Groups investment strategy & group-wide investment processes in close collaboration with the VP Treasury
- Manage the Groups investments portfolio and seek ways to improve profitability in interest income
- Trading of investment instruments (mainly via 360T)
- Develop financial risk management infrastructures (processes, DRV/ISDA, Accounts, Tools, Connectivity, Relationships)
- Support the VP Treasury with financing projects
- Ensure compliance with processes, policies & controls (incl. SOX)
Required qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Banking or another related field
- Further professional qualification (e.g. CFA) is a plus
- 5+ years relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Banking
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Excellent user skills in MS Excel & Power Point
- ERP user experience with IFS and SAP is a plus
