Now Nufarm has a great opportunity for a talented
Treasury Manager (f/m/d) – Hungary, Budapest
with proven experience in a similar role to manage treasury activities. Key responsibility is to ensure the company’s financial health via reporting to our European Financial Director directly.
What is possible?
Develop and manage the financial policies to guide the company through a health financial environment.
Manage FX exposure to ensure the appropriate offset regarding the currency’s variation.
Manage the company’ cash flow to ensure solvency and liquidity.
Prepare annual budget of Net Finance (interest and FX expenses) and manage through monthly forecast.
Manage the finance processes, including month-end close and annual budgeting/forecasting.
Create and manage the appropriate banking relationship with local and external entities.
Manage the corporate credit cards to ensure the best practice and compliance.
Manage the monthly financial close process over multiple entities to attend the Group Reporting deadlines.
Prepare and present the monthly financial reporting package to the headquarter.
Be heavily involved in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives running in the business.
Collaborate with the external auditor.
Engage and work with functional & operational managers to ensure issues are actioned correctly.
Provide insight to the management team and deliver financial reporting to meet defined needs.
Arranging hedge cover for new exposures (follow up, documentation, approvals, and admin).
Focal point of the Treasury team and business units.
Ensure the information accuracy in the financial management reports.
Standardize financial routines at the local and regional level, ensuring compliance with policies.
What do you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration or finance
Minimum 7 years’ experience in treasury position
Strong Financial Management abilities
In-depth knowledge of Corporate Finance, Controlling, Accounting and Taxes
Advanced English skills and working in multinational environment.
Advanced MS Office knowledge.
Problem-solving skills
Critical thinking with the focus on results
Adaptability and flexibility
Leadership capabilities and experiences
Knowledge in Financial Mathematics and financial Banking Tools are a plus.
