Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Treasury Manager to join our the Treasury Department. The position is located at Veoneer Romania Safety Systems in Timisoara and will report directly to the Group Treasurer of Veoneer who is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
The centralized Treasury Department at Veoneer is responsible for managing financial risks and providing internal bank services to subsidiaries globally. The Treasury team will, after this recruitment, consist of three persons that work closely in different Finance & Treasury projects, work closely together with the Cash controllers in the three regions, and are responsible for the Daily and Weekly deliverables to the owners AIP (Daily cash position and Liquidity forecast).
The role includes but is not limited to the following:
- Managing the monthly payment netting, and making ad hoc treasury payments
- Executing transactions in the foreign exchange and interest rate markets
- Reporting of transactions in treasury system TWIN (CGI)
- Cash management and cash forecasting
- Frequent contact with banks and Veoneer subsidiaries
- Contribution to ad-hoc projects within treasury and the finance organization
- Administrative tasks within treasury department
