JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist with daily and month-end bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage daily treasury operations, moving funds to cover overdrawn positions and minimise FX exposure.
• Communicate reconciliation updates to internal stakeholders for transparency.
• Collaborate on processing, reviewing, and authorising payments, ensuring accurate allocation of incoming funds.
• Build relationships with external counterparties, resolving queries efficiently.
• Identify, challenge and implement system/process improvements with stakeholders.
• Contribute to Safeguarding reconciliation procedures and compliance.
• Lead the development of a new Treasury operations team to work in tandem with the settlements team.
• Ensure risk management procedures are fit for purpose, documented, and applied.
• Stay abreast of current trends in the industry and ensure the company is in line with industry standards.
