JOB DESCRIPTION
The Treasury Operations Analyst supports the operational platform management across fixed income securities/products and their related ecosystems. Works closely with the Treasury Division controller’s team and provides the required support related to Investment Portfolio. The employee will be responsible for partnering closely with Treasury’s business line subject matter experts, including but not limited to Investment Portfolio Front Office, Operations, Money Center and Collateral groups to drive Agile product evolution as well as impacted upstream/downstream applications (Clients, Management Reporting Ops, Trade Order Management system, CPMS for (Collateral reporting). Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities that focus on time savings. Helps to perform testing in UAT environment, create documentation. Proactively escalates issues, bottlenecks or risks to drive continuous progress and on-time delivery.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
- Four or more years of experience in financial accounting activities
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Familiarity with fixed income securities, back-office/middle office environments.
- Strong knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to visualize (i.e. process mappings) and re-design processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Basic Jira proficiency
