JOB DESCRIPTION

The Global Transaction Services management team is looking for a Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) in Montreal for Large Corporate Clients, who will report to the Treasury Sales Executive responsible for the Large Corporate GPS business for Canada. This job is responsible for the delivery of integrated treasury solutions to clients and prospects that may be in the United States (US) or global. Key responsibilities include actively managing and pursuing treasury revenue streams along with increasing product penetration across an assigned portfolio and partnering closely with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities. Job expectations include providing product knowledge to deliver the best possible solution to meet the client and prospect’s needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in corporate or commercial banking sector, preferably in treasury sales and exposure to a global client base
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create long term relationships with customers and internal business partners
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting associated deadlines
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload from diverse sources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and convincingly articulate complex ideas and concepts
  • Bilingual in English and French. As an international company with clients, employees, and contractors located around the world, English is required to work as a Treasury Sales Officer with Bank of America’s internal and external stakeholders

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Il ou elle relèvera du directeur ou de la directrice des ventes de trésorerie responsable des activités GPS des grandes entreprises pour le Canada. Le ou la titulaire de ce poste est responsable de la livraison de solutions de trésorerie intégrées aux clients actuels et potentiels, qui peuvent être aux États-Unis (É.-U.) ou ailleurs dans le monde. Ses principales responsabilités comprennent la gestion active et la poursuite des flux de revenus de trésorerie, ainsi que l’augmentation de la pénétration des produits dans un portefeuille attribué et le partenariat étroit avec les coéquipiers en contact avec la clientèle, dans le but de consulter les occasions de vente. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilinguisme en anglais et en français. Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage revenue growth for the portfolios of customers and ensure targets and goals are met
  • Drives responsible revenue and balance sheet growth, profitability improvement, client calling and planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and leads client facing treasury presentations
  • Partners with bankers and Product Specialists across the enterprise to develop customized treasury solutions by identifying new opportunities based on client-focused cost and benefit analysis and bank-focused profitability analysis
  • Leads pricing and negotiation discussions with the client for treasury management products to optimize relationship profitability and Year over Year (YoY) growth
  • Consults within the Client Management Process (CMP) on client relationship development from growth of new client relationships to deepening existing relationship through thoughtful identification of client needs
  • Maintains an in-depth client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of bank structure
  • Fosters digital adoption by driving mobile, digital, and real time payments adoption and manages strategic dialogues around key client centric issues, while leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solutioning positioning
  • Leads, coaches, and develops Treasury Sales Analysts (TSA), Treasury Sales Officers (TSO), and Treasury Sales Client Officers (TSCO) in day-to-day support of client deliverables
