Description:
PERMANENT | FULL TIME | REMOTE
SymPro Software is seeking a Treasury Software Consultant who will serve as the key liaison between our customers and our internal teams, responsible for onboarding, training and supporting clients in our Investment and Debt solutions suite.
SymPro provides integrated solutions to automate and simplify core investment, debt, and cash accounting operations for public sector agencies. Our solutions help increase accuracy and reliability in financial reporting and reduce manual effort. SymPro is headquartered in Lafayette, CA, but the ideal candidate can work remotely.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of success in training or implementation of financial software, treasury software preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven success with process improvement and/or project management, with an eye for efficiency.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A highly organized and independent self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats can balance competing priorities.
- Positive and personable attitude with a customer-service focus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong phone, written and presentation skills.
- Experience with Helpdesk/Ticketing platforms (JIRA) is a plus.
- 20% travel may be required for on-site training and implementations.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Treasury Software Consultant will build strong customer relationships while serving as an SME for our treasury product suite. Specifically, the Treasury Software Consultant will:
- Own software implementations (including project management and data conversions) for new and existing clients.
- Provide software support and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Analyze current implementation and support processes and help make improvements.
- Lead efforts to document processes and client FAQs to improve internal operations.
- Present product webinars and training to existing clients.
- Assist sales team in RFPs and demos.
- Conduct client outreach to ensure optimal product use, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve solutions.
