TREASURY SPECIALIST - Well Known and Respected Company in Lawrenceville, GA
My client, a well-known and respected company in Lawrenceville, is seeking a Treasury Specialist to manage and enhance their treasury operations, ensuring effective processes, controls, and analysis. The Treasury Specialist will collaborate with senior leadership and finance teams to oversee cash management, treasury operations, and payment processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage cash operations, focusing on maintaining effective controls and minimizing banking fees. Identify and implement efficient treasury systems and banking solutions for optimal business performance.
Perform daily cash management tasks, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, and information reporting, while addressing any discrepancies as needed.
Drive automation of treasury processes utilizing BAI file formats.
Engage in special projects, cross-training, and provide backup support for various Corporate Treasury functions as necessary.
Act as a Treasury Subject Matter Expert on cross-functional initiatives related to new business ventures, process improvements, technology enhancements, and integrations.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Certified Treasury Professional designation is a plus.
Experience with treasury management systems preferred.
Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity while managing multiple projects.
A commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Detail-oriented with robust analytical and organizational capabilities.
Effective communicator, able to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
