Responsibilities:

This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates interested in building their skills in finance and treasury operations. You will work closely with our finance team to support daily financial activities and gain exposure to a range of treasury-related functions.

  • Assist with basic treasury tasks, including monitoring cash flow, handling petty cash, and ensuring proper documentation for per diem expenses.
  • Support payment processes assist with handling invoices, Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), and cash management, ensuring that everything is documented and processed correctly.
  • Work with team members to gather the necessary approvals for payments, following company policies and guidelines.
  • Keep organized notes on payment installments and schedules, making sure timelines are met and documentation is up to date.
  • Assist senior team members in preparing payment documents, tender bonds, and guarantees as needed.

Qualifications:
We are seeking fresh graduates (0-2 years of experience) who hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other related fields.
