docbraces Moncton has an exciting full-time opportunity for a dynamic Sales Treatment Coordinator to join our passionate team in Moncton, NB. At Canadian Orthodontic Partners, we proudly support docbraces Moncton and our nationwide network of community-based clinics in providing exceptional, personalized orthodontic care.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales experience is required
  • Customer Relationship Management is required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable verbal & written communication
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong influencing and negotiation abilities
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs to include Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Dental experience considered an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • A treatment coordinator at docbraces is responsible for helping build self-esteem, one beautiful smile at a time!
  • Welcome new clients with a friendly and enthusiastic approach. Ensure they feel welcomed, accommodated, and always encounter a 5-star experience.
  • Determine the clients dental concerns and their goals to a healthy beautiful smile
  • Manage all client calls and inquiries with a smile: appointments, confirmations, and administrative tasks while guide educational conversations about treatment options, providing clients with the necessary support and information to ensure they feel confident about starting their orthodontic journey
  • Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate clients to start their smile journey
  • Manage potential cancellations and overcome objections to motivate the client to keep their appointment
  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps. Ensuring all clients leave with their next appointment booked.
  • Tracking and maintaining daily, monthly and quarterly reporting to motivate clients to start their smile journey
