About the role and practice
If you’re a patient-focused Treatment Coordinator looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than our 8-surgery, award-winning, multi-disciplinary high-end practice in the heart of Harley Street district, E11even Dental.
E11even Dental is a high-end practice located in the prestigious Harley Street District. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dental care in a positive and friendly team environment. As an eco-friendly, sustainable practice, we are dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint.

Our practice is well established with excellent processes and procedures already in place. We have a very experienced clinical and non-clinical team with a passion for providing high-quality dental care.

  • Full-time hours available, working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.

We are looking for an exceptional, experienced Treatment Coordinator to provide crucial support at our well-established, award-winning, multi-disciplinary high-end practice in Harley Street District. Our practice boasts excellent processes and procedures, supported by a dedicated team of experienced clinical and non-clinical professionals committed to delivering high-quality dental care. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless support within this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Treatment Coordination, including comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures and the ability to effectively communicate complex treatment plans to patients.
  • Display confidence in discussing treatment costs and converting treatment plans.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Familiarity with Exact software.
  • Greet patients Warmly and enthusiastically in person and over the telephone, ensuring a hospitable and relaxed atmosphere.
  • Maintain a consistently professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Handle conflicts calmly and effectively.
  • Effectively manage a diverse workload with strong organisation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
