Description:
This role is based in Cardiff with potential for flexible working. As a Triage & Early Interventions Officer you will:
- work as part of the busy Wales Hate Crime Team to ensure that all outcomes are met
- be responsible for receiving victim & witness referrals and responding promptly to all enquiries about a client’s case, following up with referrers & others as required
- undertake comprehensive assessments of the needs of victims and ensure the needs are met using a number of different resources available to you
- ensure all information relating to clients is correctly recorded on the Victim Support case management system
- work with external partners to ensure clients receive high quality support
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: £23,970.00 per year
