JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in information technology, specifically in payment systems or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of successfully implementing complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in diverse teams.
• Ability to strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, although a Bachelor’s degree is also acceptable.

• Successfully implement and manage patient payment systems for clinical trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and flawless operation of payment platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot payment processes, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of payment systems and procedures.
• Offer technical support and training to internal teams as well as external collaborators, customers, and partners.
• Identify and incorporate standard methodologies for payment processes to maintain competitiveness in the market.
