Join our team as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) Floater based in Vilseck, Germany! In this role, you will provide beneficiary education and enrollment services for the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Specific services to TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries include customer support, beneficiary education, assistance in claims, appeals, and grievances processing, and healthcare support services designed to assist DHA in operating an integrated healthcare delivery system for all overseas beneficiaries. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
- U.S. Citizenship
- SOFA/Command Sponsored as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee or US Contractor supporting the DoD
- Eligible for and ability to maintain ADP IT III clearance/Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1
- Willing and able to travel to multiple sites from 25% - 75% of the time
- Three years’ cumulative experience in the following areas:
- U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment
- medical or clinical environment
- MHS Genesis or civilian healthcare computer system and in-processing medical claims
- customer service environment
YOU ALSO NEED TO HAVE THESE SKILLS:
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in written and oral communications
- Possess effective presentation skills
- Computer literate with Internet research experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 or later applications—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to respond tactfully with people on the phone and in person
- Ability to work independently and under general supervision

Responsibilities:
- Travel 25% to 75% of the time to multiple sites.
- Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and more using the Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES), Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems, etc.
- Register TRICARE beneficiaries in the MHS Genesis system.
- Perform individual and/or batch Primary Care Manager (PCM) changes following the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) guidelines.
- Provide education on TRICARE resources and benefits, enrollment/disenrollment information, and customer service to beneficiaries on the phone and in person.
- Collect, process, retrieve, and disseminate transfer information for active-duty and active-duty family member portability/disenrollment processes.
- Conduct briefings for In-Processing, Out-Processing, Maternity, pre-separation/retirement, and other events.
- Provide basic claims assistance such as providing information on the status of claims.
- Collect and record Other Health Insurance (OHI) information into applicable systems.
- Assess the appropriate assistance level needed and refer or escalate as needed to address the issue at hand.
- Collect and report information on daily activities performed.
- Complete on a timely basis and comply with all HIPAA regulations, Leidos, and other training and refresher courses.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Provide remote support to Leidos BSRs at other sites.
- Provide shadow support to new BSRs as needed.
- Adhere to a business casual dress code.
- Other duties as assigned.
