Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Engage with customers to provide technical support and guidance on Jewelry products through inbound calls, chats or emails.
- Identify opportunities to recommend complementary or higher-end products.
- Utilize sales techniques to enhance the customer’s purchase experience.
- Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
- Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities with potential and existing customers.
- Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, new arrivals, and product specifications.
- Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
