Experience leading a team (minimum of 5 people), ideally within the luxury sector

  • Proven experience leading a team to success within the retail industry

Conduct all types of services such as pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring that you deliver the Trinny London Match2Me experience to all

  • Delivering impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge with each customer

    • Embody Trinny London’s brand and style and priding yourself on knowing that your customersare returning back to youEnsure that you, your team and counter are meeting business objectives, targets and KPIs, and addressing any underperformance, seeking support from the Training Team or your Business Development Manager where deemed necessary
  • Supporting the Business Manager with the daily, monthly and quarterly running of the counter, supporting to create and maintain an atmosphere geared to achieving sales
  • Use our HR system, for reporting and employee file management
  • Assist with 121s and reviews, championing your team’s ambitions to progress
  • Motivate your team to continually strive to improve their artistry and product knowledge,utilising education and training team and resources


    • Assist the business manager with event planning and stock management
