Description:

To qualify as a Trip Edit Clerk, you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.
  • Some college studied preferred
  • 1 year or more of relevant experience required
  • Working knowledge of database systems and ability to perform data entry via keyboard
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to use and master specialty transit related software programs
  • Good written and oral communication skill

Responsibilities:

  • Performs project clerical and administrative details to ensure that all contractual and legal mandates are met.
  • Maintains contract files and records. Prepares contract correspondence, manager reports, and schedules.
  • Answers the phone and directs calls to the department or location.
  • Administers accounting data, payroll, and personnel records.
  • Inputs and extracts data from manifests to provide data to management and the Client.
  • The above duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to define minimum activities. These duties may be altered to suit the needs of the company as needed.
  • Other duties as required.
