YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 + years’ experience within Supply Chain / Logistics
• Strong site management experience, including facilities (experience across both transport and warehouse operations is preferred)
• Demonsrated experience and skills leading projects (within construction or an industrial trade background is favoured)
• Exceptional end to end knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics operations
• Excellent people management and influencing skills
• Commercial acumen
• Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)

• Lead multi customer retail operations within the Transport, Warehouse Operation
• Drive and implement strategic initiatives
• Ensure Customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external
• Implement periodical reviews and customer presentations on operational performance
• Coordinate stock takes and maintain inventory control
• Maintain location and inventory accuracy
• Drive site budgets and P&L’s accountabilit
