Description:
- Roof material requirements calculations
- Provide Quotations
- Visiting the sites
- Manage and monitor Building Plans
- Estimation finalization
- Finalise Roof truss plan
- Obtain Customer/Store plan
- Liaise with Truss Plant Manager and Truss Foreman
- Manufacturing of Trusses
- Administration and Invoicing
- Submit monthly reports
- To uphold and promote the company values and culture
- Grade 12
- 3 years’ experience in the roof truss industry
- Mitek Intermediate 20/20 certificate
- Technical Qualification or Diploma (Quantity Surveying) advantageous
- Thorough knowledge of the Mitek system
