Responsibilities:

The Middle Office Team maintains the books and records for collateral managers that have outsourced middle office operations. As the primary point of contact, the Trust Account Manager administers collateral/syndicated loan portfolios, including cash flows, reconciliations, trade settlements, waterfall payments, reporting, and compliance testing.

  • Oversee daily transaction & reporting activity of assigned outsourcing relationships
  • Support personnel at client institutions in day-to-day routines and financial processing
  • Solve complex problems through research and/or communications with clients, liaisons, and internal teams
  • Guarantee quality service levels, perform daily servicing activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • May select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operations
  • May establish operational objectives, work plans, and assignment delegation
