What you can expect
1st Line Managers are the leaders responsible for developing teams to meet and exceed performance targets and expectations, quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction and any other relevant key operational metrics by providing them guidance, coaching, support, motivation and education on a day-to-day basis.
1st Line Managers are responsible for their teams’ success, change behaviors and continuous improvement assuring the accomplishment of the internal objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and motivate employees across locations to meet and exceed personal targets and team SLA’s;
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholder within the business;
  • Conduct regular one to ones, team meetings and performance reviews;
  • Monitor and manage staffing, capacity and work distribution ensuring optimum productivity,efficiency and workflow management;
  • Act as the first point of contact to manage team related issues and challenges e.g. attendancemanagement, HR policy implementation;
  • Encourage and promote employee wellbeing through active participation in wellness activitiesand other initiatives;
  • Proactively identify and communicate market trends and insights;
  • Identify risks and put appropriate mitigation measures in place;
  • Document processes, implement and manage changes within the lines of business;
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to management teams.

What you’ll need

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for this role;
  • Higher Education Degree (preferential);
  • Google Workspace management;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver clear messages;
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure information is complete and accurate.
