Responsibilities:
- Draft standard resolutions, minutes and other documentations that are compliant with SG and HK legislations
- Take Minutes writing and transcription
- Maintain and update the Company registry books, including registry of members, directors and secretaries
- Maintain daily correspondence with stakeholders from CSING & CHK
- Will be involved in the preparation of Service Agreement
- Process relevant returns with the Registrar (if applicable)
- Review, rename and save documents in the team’s shared drive
- Collect and administer all tasks related documentation and files to ensure that information is complete, accurate, up-to-date and readily available
- Provide relevant support duties to Legal Officer
- Update the Task Monitoring Report
- Maintain and update all relevant information and documents in Viewpoint and Document Manager
- Communicate and follow-up actions with clients (if applicable)
- Liaise, monitor and assist on tasks performed by Legal Officer (e.g. remind deadlines of specific tasks)
- existing work standards and procedures and properly use external / internal systems
- Assist in solving any work related issues
