Responsibilities:

  • Ideally 3 years’ experience in Securitisation Trust management demonstrating a solid understanding of the process and regulations involved
  • Ideally at least 2 years general accounting experience, highlighting proficiency in handling various accounting tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in using advanced features of Excel and Access, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and database managementTertiary education majoring in finance/accounting/commerce or related field providing solid foundation in financial principles and practices

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, which are essential for clear information exchange and collaboration. Proficiency in general ledger accounting and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial. Attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reports
    Additionally, a solid understanding of residential mortgage lending is beneficial. The candidate should be reliable, take initiative, and work well unsupervised. Overall, the ideal candidate will be proactive and dependable, ready to contribute to the organisation’s success.
