JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Trust Administration: Manage day-to-day administration of trusts, including handling trust structures, ensuring compliance with trust deeds, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Drafting Resolutions: Prepare, draft, and execute trust-related resolutions and legal documents in both French and English.
• Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for beneficiaries, trustees, and other professional advisors, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Reporting and Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of reports, financial statements, and trust documents, while maintaining an organized record-keeping system.
