Perkins Coie LLP is seeking an experienced associate with relevant transactional experience in trust and estate planning (at least five years’ experience preferred) to join our national trusts and estates Personal Planning Group in the San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles or San Diego office. Our team of attorneys has significant experience assisting individuals and families with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques as well as creating and administering family offices, administering, decanting and modifying complex trusts, and planning with respect to business interests, art and other special assets.
Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills. To be considered, please provide your cover letter, resume, law school transcript and a writing sample. Principals only.

Compensation range: $365,000 to $420,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
