Turnaround E/I Planner

WestCorp Solutions is seeking a Turnaround E/I Planner for our client in Northern Saskatchewan. This position will work a 14 x 14 rotation at the client’s remote facility. The successful candidate will be required to stay in camp during their scheduled rotation and will receive flights from Saskatoon at the beginning and end of each rotation. This will be a six month contract position with the potential for extension based on the client’s requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Red Seal Electrician or Instrumentation Technician; equivalent qualifications such as a Technical Diploma, University Degree, or comparable education will also be considered.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Planning certification or leadership experience is an asset.
• Experience with CMMS and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Proven expertise in Electrical and Instrumentation Planning in industrial environments, budgeting, and estimation.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop detailed turnaround plans for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Coordinate scheduling and execution of E/I maintenance and upgrades.
• Work with teams to allocate resources, labor, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical/instrumentation codes.
• Monitor turnaround progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet targets.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, schedules, and progress reports.
• Provide updates on project performance to key stakeholders.
