Position Summary
SciPlay is seeking a highly motivated and experienced TV Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The TV Media Manager will play a crucial role in driving our television advertising efforts, ensuring the successful execution of all TV media campaigns for our mobile games. This role involves close collaboration with our media agency and internal teams to develop, implement, and optimize direct response TV campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of TV media campaigns for SciPlay’s mobile games, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and budget.
  • Agency Collaboration: Work closely with media agencies to develop strategic media plans, negotiate media buys, and secure optimal placements.
  • Creative Oversight: Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling TV advertisements that resonate with our target audience and drive direct response.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights. Use data-driven strategies to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Budget Management: Manage the TV media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the TV advertising landscape.
  • Compliance: Ensure all TV campaigns comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in TV media campaign management, with a strong focus on direct response campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing campaign performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure advantageous media buys.
Industry Connections: Familiarity and connections with TV network representatives, enabling effective media buys and partnerships.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with media planning and buying tools, as well as analytics platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and how they integrate with TV campaigns.
  • Advanced degree or certifications in marketing or related fields.
