JOB DESCRIPTION

As our Senior ATL Media Manager (all genders) you will work within the offline marketing team who are responsible for planning campaigns across ATL channels such as TV, out of home, audio and print. You will also work with our key partners in curating co-branded media campaigns across the marketing funnel, more specifically:

  • Lead the strategic development and implementation of all our ATL paid media activity and manage the day-to-day relationship with our media agency partner to deliver quality media plans which deliver strong ROI against agreed targets and budgets.
  • Define approach to ATL media planning across Europe.
  • Work with internal and external teams to develop best practice across all elements of ATL media planning, from audience definition through to measurement.
  • Management of the ATL media budget, with accountability for campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Introduce and drive adoption of new media platforms, technologies and media solutions.
  • Work closely with our partners on devising co-brand media strategies which delivers against both our objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expertise across both traditional and emerging media channels
  • Experience planning and buying linear TV campaigns, in particular, direct response (DRTV)
  • Experience using TV optimisation tools such as TVSquared to steer campaign performance
  • A proven record of planning and managing multi-million EURO ATL campaigns across multiple markets
  • Knowledge of different media landscapes
  • Experience driving direction and alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with internal and/or external creative agencies
  • Experience working with marketing intelligence teams
  • Understanding of different measurement frameworks such as MMM, incrementality testing, causal impact analysis, A/B testing
