We are looking to recruit the UAE Land Business Line Manager & MEI Nearshore Service Line Manager to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for winning project opportunities by developing and delivering cross business line, regional strategies. Your role will involve maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring sustainable revenue and profit growth, and applying innovative solutions to meet client needs. You will collaborate closely with regional and country service line managers to achieve these goals. A strong focus on safety performance and fostering a safety leadership culture is essential. You will be responsible for driving the transition of the Site Characterisation industry in the Country. Your role will require a strong foundation of leadership qualities to foster positive organisational health which can underpin the elevation of Business Line
In your capacity as the MEI Nearshore Service Line Manager, you will lead a team providing high profile site characterization survey services across the MEI region and in support of other regions as needed. Your expertise in operating and managing nearshore assets will be crucial in driving commercial and project success. This role requires you to lead with innovative strategies, build and nurture client relationships to elevate our Nearshore Service Line to new heights.
