OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

The primary focus of this role is to manage and analyze sales business data and play a vital role in sales planning, ordering, forecasting and budgeting of Honda. This role oversees the entire scope of sales planning in coordination with internal and external stakeholders whilst also being the main point of reference for reporting and analysis for sales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Major Daily Reports:
• Daily sales report and dashboard
• Overage stock update and analysis
• Booking update and analysis
• Invoicing update and analysis
• Fleet and Used Cars dashboards
• Future arrivals updates
• Lost & Cancellation Analysis
• Report all incidents to the supervisor
• Other reports
• Monthly & Weekly Sales Plans:
• Monthly sales and branch performance dashboard
• Future sales and arrivals
• Monthly management meeting esentations
• Monthly sales promotion presentation
• Service quality weekly report

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce/finance
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Management Information Systems (MIS) knowledge is preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
