Responsibilities:
LOCATION: BRISTOL (HYBRID) - 12 MONTH SECONDMENT ROLE
In this position, you’ll be based in the Bristol office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. If you have a remote location recorded in Fusion this arrangement will continue to be honoured if you are successful in your application, provided that:
- You have a formal accommodation due to a disability, medical or legal reason that enables you to work remotely
- You’re a redeployment candidate who is under notice of redundancy
- You were moved to a remote contract as your office was closed

We are seeking a UAT Test Analyst to join our dynamic Service & Delivery team and play a pivotal role in implementing changes that empower our global workforce.
In this role you’ll be the bridge between our amazing People team and the world of technology. You’ll ensure new software functions flawlessly by testing it thoroughly, identifying areas for improvement, and providing clear, actionable feedback.
But that’s not all! You’ll also be a champion for our Service & Delivery team, leading training initiatives, coaching colleagues on new processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful change.
