SUMMARY:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior testing experience and working knowledge of test management tools like ALM.
- Ability to create UAT test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and recommend prioritization to the business partners and IT team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of testing lifecycle (unit, functional, SIT, E2E, UAT, regression).
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Experience working in fast paced agile projects.
- Ability to manage test related activities in JIRA
Responsibilities:
- The role will include constant collaboration and communication with the business partners and the technology team.
- Involves planning and managing test plans based on release timelines.
- Understand business requirements, document scenarios, and execute test scripts.
- Participate in Agile events (daily stand ups, sprint planning, grooming, and sprint retrospectives)
- Report and document all UAT activities including defect management and resolution.
- Provide test plans for End User Testing and support for Production Certification activities on release days.
