In this essential role within our live operations, you will report to the Central Ops Lead and play a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of our drones. More than just piloting, this position places you at the heart of Manna’s operational strategy, where your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver a seamless, cutting-edge service.
Qualifications:
While preference is given to candidates who have completed their EU Specific Category course and examination, we provide comprehensive training to all our pilots to meet this standard.

THE JOB IN 2 BULLETS

  • Operating our advanced drones at the HQ for our various production sites.
  • Deep involvement in operational processes, mastering the craft and systems, and promoting best practices in operations and safety.
    Role Purpose:
    As a UAV Pilot, you are essential to Manna’s mission. Your primary task is to ensure our drones fly safely, contributing to an efficient delivery service for our production sites. You will handle multiple aircraft, adhere to our flight procedures, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on safety and consistency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate and monitor aircraft for our production sites.
  • Strictly adhere to inspection and maintenance schedules as detailed in the Operations Manual.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, reporting maintenance or repair needs.
  • Actively improve operational procedures and checks.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and skill development.
