DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
Responsible to support :
a. UCC backlog and clean order management for Asia Pacific (primary).
b. Extended support for backlog and order management for non AP GEOs (secondary).
c. Supporting IDG and ISG and MBG business operations.
d. Across all warranty groups (Base/STD + Premium Care + Premier).
e. Supporting healthy open and aging CASE and WO for ISS CEC operations.
f. Liase with all the key stakeholders such as CEC, FS/VMO, SSC across all GEOs.
