We’re looking for a UI designer to join our passionate team to bring our products to the next level. As a UI Designer, you’ll work closely together with UX Designers, Research, Development and Product management to create products that our customers love. You’ve got a wide skill set for designing beautiful screens that stay true to our brand, focus on the user experience, and are pixel-perfect. You’re on top of the latest design trends and tools, always eager to learn and welcome feedback.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with UX designers, ING Brand, business stakeholders, developers, and UX researchers to refine designs and elevate user experiences
- Translate wireframes into visually compelling designs, ensuring consistency across channels - creating customer centric designs that match market objectives and target audience
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring alignment with ING’s brand experience and maintaining design quality during development Q/A
- Conduct workshops and facilitated sessions with designers, developers, business stakeholders to advocate for a strong visual design, brand and user experience
- Take ownership of designs, using design rationales and taking in consideration business decisions
