We have a variety of backgrounds in our team, from people who joined us with zero experience (through the Code Academy - read more here) to those who have spent lots of time in huge companies with bags of experience.
We are focused on delivering world-class software products that deliver true value. With 1000’s of enterprise customers like Expedia, Chubb, XPO – we must be doing something right. But the journey is just beginning… we have 100k users on our platform every month and handle more than $2 trillion of invoice transactions.
At approx. $35M revenue today and with about 250 Sidetraders worldwide, we are not an early-stage start-up, but with ambitious plans for growth, we are at an exciting time in our story; and need the right talent to help us achieve our goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, with a focus that ideally demonstrates utilisation of a design system.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and proficiency in Figma.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to apply Design System principles to new and existing projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Experience in an environment where analysis, critical thinking, usability tests, and information architecture are commonplace. You will be expected to organise autonomously complex information and translate it into wireframes.

• Experience working with version control systems for design files.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies.
• Experience in Figma.

• Work collaboratively with other designers to implement and adhere to our Design System guidelines.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of UI components, patterns, and style guides within the Design System.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of the Design System across various projects.
• Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the Design System based on user feedback and industry best practices.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that align with the established Design System.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
• Not only will you be a key player in the Design System, but you also could manage and deliver design projects from end-to-end.
