Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing an “AI-First” CPQ modelling and UI tool. This tool will leverage artificial intelligence to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and provide intuitive solutions for complex configuration tasks. You will collaborate closely with our product managers, developers, and AI specialists to create a user interface that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our AI-driven CPQ modelling tool.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product goals.
• Integrate AI driven experiences seamlessly into the UI
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, particularly in AI integration, to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, icons and style standards for consistency across the product.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs, particularly those integrating AI elements.
• Experience designing complex software solutions or enterprise applications.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and how to incorporate them into UI design.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Creatively produce design assets such as icons, previews and backgrounds
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in designing B2B solutions or familiarity with configuration tools.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
