JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. This multidisciplinary position is suited for a creative thinker who thrives on solving design challenges with innovative solutions. Beyond designing user flows, journeys, and experiences, the role demands translating strategic thinking into compelling experiences, impactful visuals, and fully designed digital assets.
The role requires a unique combination of graphic design expertise and UI/UX expertise, ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects brand identity and meets user needs seamlessly across all devices. Additionally, the ideal candidate will take full ownership of the design process, from ideation to execution.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, human behavior or related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design
• High proficiency in Figma – the ability to develop animations, interactivity, and dynamic layout
• Proficiency in other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and After Effects
• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles
• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) for better collaboration with developers.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including completed web designs
