UI/UX Designer Intern

Would you like to be a part of a start-up? And would you like to redesign the whole experience around dating in a way that has never been done before? We are in the business of changing the world of dating by allowing you to see who is single in the room or location you are in - when you match you already know where to meet. No texting needed (if you do not want to). It is based on scientifically proven ways of increasing the chance for real romantic experiences to evolve. We aim to disrupt the industry, city by city, country by country.
Krown is looking for an intern UI/UX to join our development team in Denmark. You will mainly work remote. The main requirement for you is to have a UI/UX background / knowledge and passion about mobile development either in University Projects / Professional Experience or even personal projects. The task is to help work on updating current designs in Krown. The app is built over a methodology of simplicity and least clicks to get the job done. We have a the feel for the app set up and early designs created and implemented but we want to make it really great to make and that is where your help come in.

Requirements

• Experience with UI/UX work in mobile development
• Able to work in teams and with other UI/UX designers
• Able to communicate well in English
• Strong visual design skills and knowledge of working with design systems.
• Experience with Figma

You will be a part of the idea creation process, taking Krown into a viable product. We have just finished building our MVP, but we still need to work on our UI/UX designs and we welcome changes and input. The app recently launched and we are building as fast as we can based on real users feedback.
We like a casual, fun work environment and grabbing a beer to kick back at the end of the week. Our growth will be done as by starting part time and then going full time when the app proves traction and virality. We have an open communication working actively with feedback, as we always want to learn and improve ourselves. We can contribute with knowledge about strategy, management, design, running a business and developing business impact.
