We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and user interface design, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products. This role will report directly to the Director of Customer Experience and Product and will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products. ProAg is an industry-leading crop insurance provider serving the American farmer through a network of independent agents. A member of the Tokio Marine HCC group, ProAg delivers crop insurance that provides a level of security to farmers and ranchers, who operate at the mercy of weather and markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product owners, business analyst, developers, and marketers, to design and implement user-centric solutions
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and incorporate them into the design process
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus
