UI/UX Designer (Software Development)

at  European Dynamics

We currently have a vacancy for a UI/UX Designer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• At least 2 years working as a UI/UX designer for web applications;
• At least 2 years working on bespoke software development;
• At least 2 years of experience working on cloud based solutions;
• At least 2 years of experience working in QA and validating deliverables based on the Business Analysis and requirements;
• At least 2 years of experience in Azure DevOps using Azure Scrum template;
• Experience in C# (.Net), Typescript, HTML, JavaScript, UI/UX Design, Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Invision, Moodboards, Canva, Scrum Agile Methodology, Azure DevOps;
• UI/UX certificates are advantageous;
• Excellent command of the English language, French is an asset.

• Enterprise application UI/UX Design and best practices concerning Requirements Drafting, Mock-ups Drafting, testing strategy and test planning, validation of the UI Requirements against the delivered results;
• Business analysis, design and developments of modern user interface components;
• Set the UX standards and provide advice and best practices for the front end portals and mobile application of the solution;
• Production of technical documents related to the UI and front-end components;
• Production of prototype design, user story mock-ups and storyboards;
• Participation in technical working groups and meetings with the project team, stakeholders and end-users.
