Job Description

The UI/UX & Front-End Developer will be responsible for both designing user interfaces and developing front-end code for responsive web applications. The role includes creating prototypes and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. A strong focus on usability, performance, and modern design principles is essential.

• Design intuitive user interfaces and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Develop interactive and responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Collaborate with product managers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional, attractive interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback into designs and prototypes.
• Create rapid prototypes to visualize and test new ideas before development.
• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability across different platforms and devices.
• Ensure consistency in the look, feel, and behavior of the interface, aligning with branding and design standards.
• Implement cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility and accessibility best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, front-end technologies, and prototyping tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in UI/UX Design, Front-End Development, or related technologies.
  Additional Information

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum: Proven experience as both a UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer.
• Desired: Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong portfolio showcasing prototyping, UI/UX design, and front-end development projects.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with creating and testing prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
