Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Cyber Security apprentice, your role will involve implementing a range of practices and technologies designed to safeguard sensitive information, ensure privacy, and maintain the integrity and availability of our data.

EXAMPLE ROLES INCLUDE:

  • Customer Account Security Management - Managing cyber risks, developing and maintaining security policies, ensuring compliance with standards, documenting processes, and completing assurance questionnaires for customer support

  • IP Network Analyst - Designing and building secure customer IP networks, developing detailed documentation, conducting hardware and software testing, and providing technical support for troubleshooting and resolving network issues

  • Service Desk Advisor - Providing comprehensive support by professionally handling communications, logging and prioritizing incidents, offering first-line support, driving resolution with third parties, supporting internal systems, achieving quality SLAs and KPIs, and assisting with root cause analysis
  • SOC Analyst - Monitoring SIEM systems and threat intelligence, managing firewall and IPS services, handling incident tickets and customer liaison, and assisting in producing security reports
