VIII. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

· Minimum of three years banking supervisory experience building, leading, managing and coaching a team.
· Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve goals.
· Have detailed knowledge of all operations or equivalent financial institution experience and/or previous management experience desired to include but not limited to:
ü All banking center manuals, policies, procedures
ü Human Resources policies and host country employment laws
ü U.S. & local banking regulations
ü Baseline Microsoft Office knowledge
· Undergraduate diploma, banking degree or equivalent required.
· Excellent leadership, management and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to lead a culturally diverse group.
· Strong organizational, planning, decision making and time management techniques. Ability to analyze and interpret information.
· Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation and active listening skills.
· Manage change within the organization.

Responsibilities:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Banking Centre Manager will lead and develop center (MBU) associates and operations with responsibility for ensuring efficient and compliant processes/procedures,
managing security, financial and reputational risk while fulfilling the financial needs of the individual and organizational customer; and directing activities in support of business development, community involvement and Command relations within Bank and DFAS contract/budget limits. Position responsibilities include all tasks and skills included in the Banking Center Operations Supervisor, Banking Center Service Coordinator and Banking Center Service Specialist job descriptions. This position may have responsibility for MBU(s).

I. GENERAL TASKS AND SKILLS

· Exercise overall responsibility for the proper level of center oversight.
o Controls are in place and practiced to ensure processes, procedures and supporting documentation are conducted accurately and in a timely manner
o Risk is minimized for center and reporting MBUs, as applicable
o Guidance and direction is provided to ensure associates maintain a strong focus on our mission to identify and deliver
practical solutions to customers that meet their individual financial needs in a manner that makes it easy to do business with the Bank.
· Conduct ongoing review to ensure optimal efficiency in cash management processes.
o Ensure assigned cash limits for banking center, ATMs and cash handling associates are adhered to and properly managed based on actual cash needs.
o Exercise overall responsibility for the timely and correct submission of:
ü BC/ATM Cash Limit – Permanent/Temporary
Exception Requests
ü BC Cash Over-Limit forms
· Ensure Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance and exercise overall
responsibility for the timely and correct submission of:
ü Currency Transaction Reports
ü Transaction Review Forms
· Maximize ATM usage and availability, ensure proper marketing materials are displayed and professional site appearance is consistently maintained.
· Work together with L.O. and other community and command representatives to address issues regarding operational and service delivery and keep CMM updated on issues, as appropriate.
· Handle customer complaints/issues and ensure comment cards are processed professionally and in a timely manner.
· Actively participate and contribute to weekly Market Calls.
· Detailed completion of the (Operational) Structured Coaching Process form and Leader’s Questionnaire to include the pre-work assigned to the BCM or Supervisor. Best practices and constructive feedback should be shared to improve process.
· Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
