Who we are looking for
Change Management professional PM/BA to join UK Change Management Team to execute a variety of projects.
Why this role is important to us
The role will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of the change management program across the UK. This broad portfolio includes strategic, regulatory, geopolitical and business transformation change across UK businesses. In addition, the role will provide project management oversight for specific UK projects.
The role will interact with the global change management office within the Chief Administrator Office, as well as senior leaders within the UK
What you will be responsible for

As UK CAO Change Management, Assistant Vice President you will

  • Project manage the delivery of a number of key change initiatives across the business, with front to back ownership of the full project lifecycle
  • Develop and manage relationships with project sponsors and partners across business lines and infrastructure, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure a sustainable and cohesive project delivery
  • Establish and monitor an effective oversight framework to ensure that issues and risks to the project are appropriately identified, escalated and resolved
  • Build technical and operational State Street business knowledge to support business understanding and impact of change management processes to BAU
  • Define robust communication strategy and provide transparency around delivery progress to all key stakeholders
  • Translation of requirements into clearly defined and easily understood documents, including: input into project charters and completion of high level and detailed requirements, business cases, new business and product request approvals, etc
  • Utilise key project management tools and techniques and maintain document artefacts to a high standard in order to meet the demands of the project
  • Prepare and lead key project meetings, including steering committees and working groups
  • Actively participate in the continued development of the UK CAO Change team as change centre of excellence
